Perfect !

 

Too many times I think people only manage to spend time to complain so I wanted to make sure I took the time out to tell you how delighted we were with the apartment. You can never be sure that what you read & see in brochures, websites, etc is a fair reflection of what you are going to get, but in this case it was spot on! The apartment was lovely, and lived up to & beyond your descriptions on your website & our expectations. It is spacious, comfortable, well decorated/furnished & in a nice location (especially for the supermarket!). We also appreciated the extra effort you went to with little things such as sending the events info (not that we managed to be that organised to attend anything) , the emails wishing us a pleasant stay & upon our return to make sure we had a good time. We would gladly recommend the apartment & will be hoping that we will be using it again in the not too distant future. Stuart (uk)

The apartment was delightful. It is well appointed. Light and airy and decorated in a modern style. The bedrooms are spacious and there are so many showers and even a bath! The description given was very accurate. The bedding was spotless and the apartment very clean. The apartment is in a quiet location within easy access of an excellent supermarket. The centre of Kaprun is within easy access walking and we ate at wonderful restaurants . I would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Carol

"We enjoyed an excellent holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. It comfortably accommodated our five adults from four different households ranging in age from 78 to 26. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped including lots of thoughtful touches e.g. board games, DVDs and tourist information. We found the lift from the main entrance to the apartment very useful for one of the less mobile members of our party. The apartment is on the ground floor leading to a patio area and small garden with seating. The larger shared garden includes a small children's play area with a swing, slide and a sand pit. There are lovely views of Kitzsteinhorn from the patio. Self catering is very easy in the apartment with everything that you need to cook for and serve 9 people. The well stocked and clean supermarket is only a few steps away but in no way intrudes on the views from the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants in Kaprun. We enjoyed Das Wirsthaus near the fire station. The service was excellent with a wide menu to suit all tastes. The apartment is very well located. The cable car up to Kitzsteinhorn is a ten minute drive away. The summer sledging up there was very good fun and free! Kaprun is great for walks, cycling, mountain views and much more. We hired a car but you can get around using the local buses. We didn't experience any problems during our stay but it was reassuring to have been given a contact number just in case." Spotlessly clean - well located - we enjoyed an excellent holiday

 

We had a fantastic time in Kaprun & Zell Am See and enjoyed our stay in the apartment which we found very comfortable indeed. We spent 3 days at the lido in Zell Am See centre, what a stunning location! We walked through the Sigmund Thun gorge and around lake Klamsee, visited the wildlife park by the toll of the Grossglockner pass, took a trip across the lake from Thummersbach and up the city express gondola and on a sunnier day took the cable car to the top of the Schmittenhohe, fantastic views from up there. Before we flew out of Munich we visited Hellbrun, on the outskirts of Salzburg which is well worth a visit if you haven't been there before. So all in all it was excellent and we would hope to visit again sometime, as there's plenty more to discover & do. Your apartment is a really good base for summer and in a great location. A fabulous week in a fabulous aparment

 

I felt I should write to you to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Kaprun - the apartment was lovely and we were very comfortable. We think you undersell the proximity of Billa ! As a supermarket, it has most items you would need and it really is so convenient. Ideal for going out early in the morning to get fresh rolls etc. We really did enjoy our stay and, with the lovely weather, it was a good start to our time away. Mike and party (September).

I just want to drop you an e-mail to say that we had a wonderful time in Kaprun, the apartment was everything we wanted and more. The fact that it is situated so close to the supermarket was just brilliant and the short walk to Casa Bella was also good for the nights that we were feeling a bit lazy.... Thank you very much for the use of the apartment and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and if we are ever in holiday in the Kaprun area again we will be in contact again. Firstly, I must say that of our four visits to Kaprun, staying in your apartment has been the best. The apartment was amazing, new, clean and very spacious (something which I feel the pictures did not do justice, for the bedrooms were extremely spacious even with the nine of us). We all loved it there thank you for letting us stay. Secondly, what about next year for us? We are thinking about staying again if it would be at all possible. If it is, would you be able to keep the returnable deposit? In which case what dates would be available to you? Bell January 2010

Just wanted to drop you a line to say we had a wonderful time in Kaprun. The apartment was fantastic and the skiing was great. "We all had a fantastic time in Kaprun last week and are struggling with having to come back to reality. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable for adults and children alike. The apartment was even better than we expected and the garden was a favourite place for the children to play out after skiing. The apartment was spacious, spotless and very well stocked. The close proximity of the supermarket was a real boon as we went there most days and it wasn't far to carry the afternoon / evening beers!
