The Ski areas Sallbach and Hinterglemm a just a few short miles away and are readily accessible by car, along with the Gastein valley spa / ski resorts.

Within 100 yards of the apartment there is an extensive footpath / cycle way network which leads to Zell am See and much further a field along the valley bottom.

The apartment is 110m2 in size and with an lift serving all floor levels. And a level of walk of around 10-12 minutes into the village centre of Kaprun it makes it ideally suited for disabled guests.
